This like proper solid brass cut off valves on every toilet/sink/shower.

Tubbed floor, with a floor drain, around the washing machine.

Sillcock instead of spigot.

Commercial spec wiring

Rock wool interior insulation

Set ups for robotic vacuum/mops.

If you are talking about a home inventory application, I have found Under My Roof to be capable and easy-to-use.
