The suspect was killed by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. Troyer said it is unclear if the man intentionally killed himself."

I am deeply saddened by this. Everybody involved but the cop and the babies was a low life, so-called 'victims', perps, driver.

The shooter killed himself.
His partner was stopped as the police cordoned off the area. He was first held on outstanding warrants. A 52 year old woman was arrested later. She's discribed as the get away driver who fled when the shooting started. They have text messages that state where the guy was hiding and that his partner had shot a police office.
Felony murder means anyone who involved is equally guilty.
Sadly, the snowflake governor refuses to enforce the death penalty.
