Love the stuff. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I won't get any this year.

Personal preference, but I prefer the Ghirardelli 100% cacao.
I don’t have a sweet tooth.

Serious about crackers.

Williams-Sonoma doesn't list specific chocolate manufacturing plants, but they have supply chain locations in places like City of Industry, CA, Claremont, NC, and distribution hubs across the US (Dallas, Memphis, etc.) where they handle their diverse product lines, including gourmet foods like chocolate; they also faced penalties for mislabeling China-made items as USA-made, indicating complex global sourcing.

While they have strong US supply chain operations, Williams-Sonoma's chocolate and gourmet foods are likely sourced from various global partners, with final processing and distribution managed through their large network of facilities, rather than one dedicated "chocolate factory".

Ghirardelli chocolate is our snacking chocolate, long-time legacy biz now owned by the Swiss but, still prodcution is local. Their mini's are always around the house somewhere.

Speaking of peppermint bark, Blue Bell has Peppermint Bark ice cream out for the holidays and it is mighty fine.
