Forum lawyers - what person or entity can bring suit against the Attorney General causing him to charge the picketers under federal law prohibiting such?

The short answer is nobody.

The GDC's want the conservative justices to fear retribution and vote accordingly on the cases before them. I would go so far as to say many GDC's accept "by any means necessary" and would condone violence against a justice to achieve their desired result.

Never in my life would I have thought this would be happening, and the Attorney General would be doing nothing. Absolutely shameful. And the lamestream media is mostly ignoring it.

Generally, a mandamus has to come from a judge. In the case of a federal law, that would mean it needs to come from a federal judge. Not sure if any federal judge will do, or if it would need to be from the correct circuit. Mandamus is, essentially, the judicial branch ordering one of the other branches to do its job, or ordering another court to do its job.

^^^Judge shopping is DEFINITELY in order then as this is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! The activities of the left, both condoned and encouraged by Leftist Democrat Office Holders has gone WAT TOO FAR!!!

My guess is, about next February, Merrick Garland will be impeached. House R's are talking about impeaching Biden, too, but I doubt it will happen.
