Lefty SigThe GDC's want the conservative justices to fear retribution and vote accordingly on the cases before them. I would go so far as to say many GDC's accept "by any means necessary" and would condone violence against a justice to achieve their desired result.
Never in my life would I have thought this would be happening, and the Attorney General would be doing nothing. Absolutely shameful. And the lamestream media is mostly ignoring it.

sadlerbwGenerally, a mandamus has to come from a judge. In the case of a federal law, that would mean it needs to come from a federal judge. Not sure if any federal judge will do, or if it would need to be from the correct circuit. Mandamus is, essentially, the judicial branch ordering one of the other branches to do its job, or ordering another court to do its job.

FredwardMy guess is, about next February, Merrick Garland will be impeached. House R's are talking about impeaching Biden, too, but I doubt it will happen.
