I now get raw peanuts from the Asian market and add them to oatmeal and brownies.

I've been buying Hub's for years. First found them at Atlantic Liquors in Rehoboth Beach, and was blown away by the freshness and quality. Never had the Sole Source variety, but just ordered a couple of tins.

My question is, what time of year are peanuts harvested, and when are they at their peak after processing? Conversely, is there a time when one is advised to avoid purchase?

I may have over done it on my 2024 Hub's order, and I'm still enjoying their single origin peanuts.

Hopefully, in about 90 days I'll be enjoying single origin peanuts from TatorTodd farms (i.e. I planted peanuts in my garden about 10 days ago and should be ready to harvest in 90 days).
