Do not pee on the walls of buildings there!

My German is really rusty but did that woman at the end basically say "If you piss on St Pauli, we will piss right back on you"?

Big Grin

lugerguards enjoy your trip! I love Germany, err but that was before the e great immigration...

PASig My German is for food, bathroom and curse words, But I love the Bleach Blonde guy's facial expression when he shows his disgust about the "Pissen" that takes place....
They should coat the buildings in Philly with this stuff Big Grin

Berlin though is my favorite European city and it's only a 2 hour train ride from Hamburg. So much to do and see. Excellent public transportation. Berlin is just so easy to visit and see.
All 3 cities are good to visit. I did all 3 in 2015, and you can see my photos here:

Berlin. https://www.flickr.com/photos/...s/72157656511582090/. If the weather is nice, I do recommend the boat cruise around the city.

Munich is nice, too, but it's farther away. https://www.flickr.com/photos/...s/72157656591890576/

I am flying into Amsterdam first weekend of May. Renting a car and driving to Hamburg, then down to Cologne and then back to Amsterdam. It's a business trip with clients in tow but I am looking forward to the freedom of having our own car, making side trips as desired and staying off public transit.
Outside Amsterdam you might consider a visit to Madurodam and Zaanse Shans. Both quite interesting. And in the spring, the Keukenhoff Gardens are exquisite!
