As I predicted, Spain didn’t crush anyone. 2-1, a good game.

I’m rooting for them to beat France, but that will be difficult.

That Norwegian player who tried to take a shot at the goal instead of passing it to a wide-open Haaland that would've put them up 2-0...probably should take a different flight home and change his identity. Good grief man, even a novice soccer watcher as myself could see that play setting up Eek Considering all the viking themes the Norwegians were pulling out, he might get blood-eagled on the steps of their capitol.

When that happened I said "they're gonna regret that later." They had TONS of momentum at that point, and in a 2 v 1 situation with one of the best finishers in the world, you absolutely have to score there! Pass the damn ball!

At the '75 minute mark with England up 1-0, I knew not to count out Argentina. They are too dangerous, and they don't have to rely on Messi alone. Turns out I was right.

The tournament has been fun to watch. I will watch the final and then might not watch another soccer game for 4 years.......
