The shit-show department I used to work for scanned the originals and stored them in. “Property “ and attached the scanned stuff to the report.

And the reports and all files were backed up...

Someone else said it...

Someone needs to be charged with destruction of government property. Start there. Then when cases start being made from the sham of an "investigation" into the Hildabeasts Emails, the charge can be upgraded to obstruction and destroying evidence.

I keep hearing how arrests are coming. They need to START! Perp walks of "untouchable" folks always lead to more cooperative co-conspirators. DOJ needs to convene some Grand Juries and start squeezing some shoes. Enough is enough! Regards 18DAI

As my dad would say, youre either crooked or you're incompetent. Either way you have no business in your job and should be either fired or arrested.

Gee. Didn’t see that one coming. I’m sure that we the only evidence lost that would incriminate the Dems..... Roll Eyes

A CD has more real estate to place all the required written information of a sensitive or classified piece of media. My guess is the information from that meeting would fall into the category of needing the proper outside markings.

A few more reasons for a CD:

  • A CD can't be edited during transport. A serial number can be registered to the CD. If the info gets leaked or copied with 'adjustments' they can track down who the copy had been given to originally with this serial number.
  • The TOC file can also be manipulated to hide data. Multiple versions with various files will appear to be the same copy to the uninitiated.
  • A flash drive can be wiped clean (like with a cloth or something).
  • EFM allows data to be recovered from cracked/scratched/damaged CDs if a half-assed attempt is made to recover it.

My guess is that the ICIG didn't want to commit suicide at a time that was not convenient for his schedule.

Wonder what the morale has to be for the real agents who put in long hours in crap conditions think about the top level Bozos screwing shit up so badly?

Yup. The FBI is the Amerikan Stasi.

    Not by a long shot.

The Stasi, and their overlords in the KGB, were effective at their two fold job of creating records of criminal behavior where none existed and then destroying evidence they created showing evidence of criminal behavior where none existed.

Several things that are not directly OT, but are part of the source doc for the OP

The file that this OP is based on is from the official FBI Vault.

    https://vault.fbi.gov/

So the source document is very authentic.

    The source document is

    Hillary R. Clinton Part 32 of 32

It is 277 pages long w lots of redactions.

On page 21, there are the hand written notes from the FBI 302 interview w Justin Cooper on 2 Mar 2016

Justin Cooper was the IT aide who set up Clinton's private email server. He is also the one who destroyed her old Blackberry phones w a hammer. And as a final background note, his lawyer was Aaron Zebley. The same Aaron Zebley who became a top prosecutor on Mueller's SC team. Small world

The 302 notes are hard to read but here is some of the material:

There were SCIFs set up in both of Clinton's residences (Wash DC and NY). Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. SCIFs contain info derived from sensitive intelligence sources. In all normal situations, access is tightly controlled.

The 302 indicates that Cooper said the SCIF doors were not always secured. Sometimes when H Clinton was not at the residence, the door was not closed.

Cooper did not have password/combo if closed.

Cooper had no understanding of when open/closed
there are typically log sheets used to record opening and closing

Home computers in SCIF, no secure computers

one more thing - Justin Cooper did not have a security clearance

Flash drives are harder to break than a CD.

Yup. This is deep state manipulation- protecting the Clintons. If Trump was under the same scrutiny with the same amount of evidence and testimony, he'd be in prison.

Completely agree with the above. They’ve just got away with it so many times, they have no fear of pushing the boundaries.

    No fear.

We now have Christopher A. Wray heading the FBI.

As soon as he shows up for work, I am sure he will clean up the FBI.

    Is the man even alive?

The FBI simply needs to be disbanded.
The myth of good men an women within the FBI is just that a myth, they don’t exist.

As I see it, this is just more proof that the U.S. Government is in fact the worlds largest criminal enterprise. Now, some of its highest placed officers and agents have been caught in a multi-year act of aiding and abetting the Clinton crime family, at a minimum. We live in very dangerous times and it is not due just to the Russians or the Chinese. They are a very different problem.

I hope Mr. Barr gets busy with the roll up and arrests very soon. These folks have already demonstrated that they are willing and able to destroy evidence without hesitation.

I could accept that a small department in rural America could misplace some evidence in a serious case due to inexperience or bad procedure/process.

I could accept that a department in a medium sized city department could lose evidence if suddenly overwhelmed.

I could accept a large or major city department misplacing evidence for a short time due to a paperwork or storage mix up

I can't accept that the FBI, or any of those departments could possibly lose evidence of that level of significance/importance. The FBI shouldn't be capable of that level of incompetence with evidence of that nature. Guarded and tracked 24/7/365.
