Walmart online has a 20” one for $300 still.
lots of reports of the Akorns failing in under 2 years due to rust.

Honestly, a $150 22 inch Weber kettle grill using the charcoal snake method is all you need.

I’ve made pretty damn good ribs, brisket and pork butt on a Weber using that method.

I put a chunk of wood every few inches too, keeps the smoke going

You can also buy the ceramic inserts to make it a kamado style for like $90.

+1 to both of these!

If you like religion, laws or sausage, then you shouldn't watch them being made.

The new spray Dawn and a wire brush works well to clean it, or the larger parts can go in the dishwasher. When you get it clean, use a liberal coat of anti-seize on the sliding surfaces. I did mine about a year ago, and you can still move it with one finger.

Thank you for that. I have it soaking in Dawn water now.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
