Project CBD.org is a non profit that educates the public on CBD. They are a virtual encyclopedia on Cannabis (Both types)
Having done Evaluations, Clinical Trials and medical data and comparision case studies working with Various Practice Types of physicians, for the past 3 years.
And carrying high standard CBD products that are FDA Approved (although not mandated) and high level knowledge of CBD. I am finally certified.

This truly is the cutting edge that scares the shit out of Big Pharma.

Congrats! Just out of curiosity what made you decide to get an accreditation? Just for your own personal knowledge, business plans, in the medical field, or something else entirely

ALL of the Above BUT mostly because 98% of the CBD sold is Low grade at best, much of the Indi'Packistan Turkey and China products cintained pasticide and insecticides. 35% contained ZERO CBD in it at all.
I wanted to be involved with the Best quality products available. My opinion there are some very good ones out there, but they are a 2% minority of what people are buying.
FDA is NOT mandated but my one company has applied and passed FDA.
I can't wait for it to be mandated and get these Scam products off the market and stop ripping inoocent, hard working people off.

Until the industry gets FDA certified, I consider ALL CBD products to be nothing more than "Snake Oil". Buyer beware!

If someone "needs" this type of medication, I feel they would be better served by eating edible Marijuana products, or even "heaven forbid" smoking Marijuana.

Could you please explain your FDA "applied and passed" comment? The FDA has a long history of not commenting on any products that they do not regulate and CBD is regulated as a supplement, which requires no scientific data on safety or efficacy.
In my opinion your advocacy of these products is solely based on non-scientific anecdotal information and industry/company provided indoctrination as well as a sales opportunity.

I can't read the name of the licensee on the image so I can't specifically look them up but this proves my point.

This license is issued after an application by the business and payment of a fee. It is not necessary for businesses that sell products that are defined as food or supplement products (which your CBD products are) and does not infer any quality of any products.

The FDA does not inspect these facilities for Good Manufacturing Processes or Insanitary Conditions or anything else related to the quality or effectiveness of any product. So stating that this license confers anything other than that a business applied for a license that they don't need (unless there are other OTC or prescription drug products that they repackage, distribute, or manufacture) is misleading. In fact, your statement in the OP that the CBD products are FDA approved is false - there is only one FDA approved product containing CBD and it is a prescription drug. Many of the CBD products being sold as supplements today contain little to no CBD and some even contain pesticides, heavy metals, and other contaminants.

There is a lot of research yet to be done and who knows what the outcome of that research will be.

Link to FDA statement on CBD and cannabis products is here: https://www.fda.gov/consumers/...cannabis-or-cannabis

I really don't have an issue with CBD products as long as people and companies follow the rules and are not marketing their products with false or unproven medical claims. So far, there is very little scientific evidence to support many of the claims.

Unless and until someone can provide peer-reviewed and clinical proof that CBD does anything, I consider it just snake oil. De-criminalizing cannabis does NOT make it a panacea, no matter what the on-air ads say.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.
