My house is almost that big and is 4/4 and 2.5 acreas with a year round spring fed creek and woods with wildlife and I paid about 5% of that price and my taxes in FL are way less. And I’m about 10 minutes from a real beach and 30 minutes from the some of the best beaches in Florida if not the world
Gavin will be pissed when he finds out it’s got natural gas stove and furnace. The items CA and DC tried to ban when she was in power.

Right. But by the time Biden had dropped out, there was no time for her raise money on her own. She was coronated and ActBlue just shifted everything to go to her. That won't happen in a primary. Even if the DNC rigs the next primary, they won't do it at the beginning and KH will get to fail on her own.
