Somewhere out there in the political spectrum, there has to be a book of "How to Sound Intelligent without really thinking". Her speeches appear to be a collection of "political smart phrases" that have been connected together with conjunctions and a few adjectives thrown in for fill dirt.
I taught my granddaughter a version of this in her high school English classes. We called it "the art of fluffing". Her grades went from high B's and low A's to consistently high A marks. (It helped that the majority of her English teachers were strong Democrats, but I could be prejudiced.)

Not that I hope for her well being. But I can't imagine what kind of no-show/no-work job anyone would offer her. She can't do a real job that demands skills, talent or results. Who would want her? Even a lefty law firm or university needs someone who can attract clients or donations on their own. She surely cannot deliver on those. What is she going to do and who would stick their neck out to help her?

She got 75,000,000 votes. Considering roughly 50-60% of people vote, that tells me that she was remarkably likable (or The Donald was remarkably unlikable...to a whole bunch of nutjobs).
Only 2,000,000 popular votes separated the two (and a few counties in a few swing states). Not exactly a "mandate" that is so often bandied about. Yes, he won, and thank God for that, but understand that fully half the country is deranged.
