Houston is already having a record year for pine pollen. Everything is yellow and allergy sufferers are suffering.

It is bad, isn't it? Oak and pine at my house.

It may be worse in the South, and it may come earlier, but it ain't purely a Southern Thing. We get it up here, too--including the yellow stuff all over everything.

Worst of all, though, is the cottonwood fluff Mad

Every body of water looks like yellow curry

The good news is I switched from Zyrtec to Flonase and I feel much better

Flonase. It has changed my life.
Flonase, Fluticasone, is a corticosteroid.

Folks, if you have sinus related allergies please try it... It's not a daily use as needed thing, it has to be used every day to build up effectiveness . Use it every day for a month and see. I take it year around but many only need it seasonally.

It may not help you, but IMO it is sure worth a try. The generic Equate brand is usually what I get.

Endeavor to persevere.
