How well does it work? Any issues with it not connecting with devices? They claim it is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Lutron, LAN and cloud-connected devices but I'd like to hear some first hand reports about it.

The big selling point is privacy, it is supposed to work on a local network instead of cloud based which Would require internet access. Along with reducing latency issues it means that it should be a true private network.

One of my favorite smarthome channels did a review on it recently.
