Same here, Greg. I got hit like that in a big way plus they’re now taxing my condo as a hotel. I was paying 4x the regular homeowner property taxes as a second home because it’s not my home of record. Now they’ve decided that because zoning permits me to rent it out like a hotel suite I should pay 8x the rate.
Only problem is it’s not making me $300+/night. It’s my home and essentially I’m a retiree being legally mugged.This message has been edited. Last edited by: P210,
