“New York City Mayor Eric Adams has torn into the migrant crisis crippling the Big Apple - which he warned will 'destroy' the city without urgent action.

Speaking to furious residents at a town hall meeting on Wednesday, he admitted he doesn't see a solution to the problem as he slammed the lack of help from Joe Biden.

'Let me tell you something, New Yorkers. Never in my life have I had a problem that I did not see an ending to. I don't see an ending to this,' he conceded. 'This issue will destroy New York City. Destroy New York City.'

The former top cop grew emotional as he talked about buses of migrants arriving on a near-daily basis, with over 10,000 arriving every month. Upwards of 110,000 are littered across the metro, and Adams' office has estimated the issue will cost New York City $12billion over three years. …”

They are not bussing in 10k illegals a day, what horseshit. They probably haven't done 10k during the entire program.

This problem has nothing to do with busses, it's 100% border policies and lack of enforcement.

“with over 10,000 arriving every month.”

I have no doubt that this jackass opened NYC’s doors to illegals with full expectation of money from uncle sugar. This should be the dinner bell to every republican leader on the border- bus everyone to NYC that they can.

Typed the wrong word, doesn't change my point. They are not bussing 10k people a month to NYC.

It wouldn't surprise me, at all, if NY State gets that many though. And you've got to think that many of them would make their way to NYC for one reason alone, "Right to Shelter". With no residency or income requirements, it's the only major city in the country that has that moronic law...

But percentage wise, the state itself actually doesn't have the highest percentage of illegals:
https://www.pewresearch.org/hi...immigrants-by-state/

Regardless, the purported number of the "110k recent influx" in the city is probably low, and you're guaranteeing housing for them?

What a bunch of ID10T's these folks/voters are, but they're "compassionate". Roll Eyes

When Texas and Florida started sending a few their way, the governor and mayors of these blue areas started the virtue signaling, trying to downplay the effects and talking down to those that were south of them. Not compassionate enough, they said.
Now, with a fraction of the problem, reality is starting to set in.

Adams and Hochal are shifting them to Republican counties and towns. Staten Island, Rockland and Suffolk. Where they are turning out in huge protests. I expect fires of unknown origins to happen to these forced shelters. They are trying to move them to Atlantic City airport grounds as well. So crying "Stop", just means moving them to other areas outside of NYC. The current illegal aliens hate these newbies as it's THEIR jobs they will get for lower wages.

NYC folks are probably more afraid of everything else going on in the city. (You know, they're not saying "I wish it was a legal citizen beating and robbing me, like most days.") Wink

But people are fleeing in large numbers all over the state, city folks are moving out and taking their place in the suburbs.

No, ACY. Bader's location has been a political football due to its prime location. There have been proposal after proposal as to what and how to develop it and yet it's still vacant.

As the election next year approaches, don’t be surprised if Brandon’s handlers tighten up the border a little. It would be just a ruse to say they’ve ‘done something’.

Since the American electorate has such a short memory, no need right now. They could do it next Summer, get it in the news, many will forget about the border mess.

On a side note, Abbott has expanded busing to Los Angeles now as well. A few weeks shy of the city council approval of its sanctuary status..

It's Abbott!! - Probably bussed less than 5K people to NYC, sent > 8K to DC, some may have ended up in NYC
It's DeSantis!! - Doesn't seem to be a consensus on the number sent any to NYC, it's not a lot

Actually, no. It's Biden!!
If there are in fact 110,000+ or likely more "migrants" in NYC, CBP and the .gov contracted NGO's are trafficking them there.
But the actual numbers aren't the point. It's a sanctuary city with right to shelter laws that's drawing them there, through a completely out of control border. F these people, they're screwing up our country. Frown

New York City became a sanctuary city under Mayor Ed Koch in the 1980s. Have the NYC politicians repealed this status? Why is the media so silent on this and other "sanctuary" cities.

The fuckin' fraud that is in the WH is now wanting to implement "border control" that benefits only blue states. He is reportedly considering a plan to keep illegals in Texas. Mad
