Well, the only example I can cite for this is the one I saw on that French beach some 40 years ago. Only one woman on the beach, working on an all over tan. Of course, the temperature was probably about 40 degrees. And, yes, she was a really beautiful woman.

My rule of thumb, a naked person is always a three officer response. I cannot recall any incidents with naked people coming to the attention of our agency, that didn't end in a fight. It probably happens. Just none that I remember.
