Nonsense. The Norks are not the greatest of our problems by a long shot, depsite the knot they put in everyone's panties. And the chief of staff is decidedly not in the Cabinet, anyway.

Well, uhh...yes...not in the Cabinet. Probably a much closer advisor to the President than anyone in The Cabinet.
