New Yorkers must be like geese: Everyday, they wake up in a brand new world. Or perhaps they're like goldfish. One lap around the aquarium, and they say "Hey, this is nice! Have you seen this?"
quote:
"How do they have this f–king going on in broad daylight?" a police source told The Post. "They're not allowed to arrest prostitutes anymore, supposedly. But they gotta figure something out."
To be fair Las Vegas 2001, I had a kid hand me a flyer for a strip club (or was it a brothel? Too long ago now.). Just walking down the strip, kid maybe 10-11 years old hands me this thing and I politely take it and stick it in my pocket without looking at it. Later sitting down to eat I looked at it, see nearly naked women on it and say "What the f---?"
But NYC is the late 70's all over again, minus the sex shows in Time Square. The new incompetent mayor, following in the footstep of the former in-commie-tent mayor have succeeded in setting the crime clock back decades.
Rudy Giuliani and NYPD cleaned up all of that crap and kept it away for many years. However, the politicians have systematically dismantled everything that had been successful.
The lemmings who voted for the politicians can't put 2 and 2 together to figure out why they're overrun with crime and prostitutes.

From the story, one councilman states "they aren't allowed to arrest prostitutes anymore, supposedly". How the heck can anyone vote or accept this as a norm? A present day Sodom and Gomorrah. Talk about screwed up ideals and morals.
Criminals, family of criminals, people generationally taught they're victims of the police, they vote.
Plus it's voting for the lesser of two evils. Voting for a Republican and the horrible, awful, mean, racist things they would surely do is FAR FAR worse to them than ANYTHING even most incompetent Dem might do.
Yeah, and they tell us that everyday, NYC gets worse, and my response these days is that it depends upon your perspective. They voted to live in a sewer, and a sewer they have. I don't have one speck of sympathy for them, and I hope it gets so bad, no one who lives in NYC will be able to leave their home or apartment.
So glad I left that state ( lived no where near NYC but the associated politics contaminates the rest of the state unfortunately) 8 years ago.
Again democrat agenda, “bail reform”- many criminals do heinous things and get arrested, only to be released with an appearance ticket, with some boasting about the dozens of times they have been caught and released. And predictably each time they get released they push a little further. I can’t imagine what it must be like to be a NYC cop.

The wife and I have been talking about this for some time now. This is the world they created at the ballot box. The same thing is happening in all of our major cities. To hell with them.
The scary thing is that people still go to NYC on vacation. Good grief.

Sounds like the "good old days" in NYC. The first time I visited a had a very large and quite unattractive black whore grab me by the crotch, push me into a doorway, and ask if I wanted a blowjob. I politely declined. A few hours later I got sucker punched on the sidewalk while leaving a club with some friends. That was a fun trip.
It was a sewer then and it is a sewer now. Full circle.
