On second thought, it's likely a government worker counting them on the tax payers' dime, so let's skip the recount and just estimate them by weight.

sunburnSanibel, in Lee County, has the highest scientifically recorded mosquito count ever. The county has a fleet of DC-3's and Jet Rangers to spray for mosquitos. Early accounts on Sanibel note at sunrise you couldn't see the sun through the skeeters on the screen. Also accounts of cattle dying from them, not bit to death but suffocating from clogged mouth and nose.

rburgI really don't care if there are a million or a few more or less. Suffice it to say too damn many. I gave my fogger away to my oldest son a while back. These days I just stay indoors when the number gets too high for me.
