The stupid is strong in this one

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. – Calling 911 to report a stolen bag of cocaine probably wasn't the best idea for a self-described Florida drug dealer.

But Okaloosa Sheriff's officials wrote on Facebook that 32-year-old David Blackmon did just that on Sunday morning.

The post says Blackmon called 911 to report a robbery in Fort Walton Beach. Blackmon told the responding deputy that someone entered his car and took $50 and about a quarter ounce of cocaine from the center console.

The report says the deputy spotted some cocaine and a crack rock on the console and a crack pipe on the floorboard by the driver's side door.

Blackmon is charged with possession of cocaine and resisting arrest without violence. He was released from jail on Tuesday, but records don't list a lawyer.

People like this are divorced from reality. There's no other plausible explanation.

Cocaine is a helluva drug!

Reno 911 is the most realistic police TV show ever created. I say this constantly, but every week I read or personally deal with something that drives it home.

A normal person would not believe how nuts some of the stuff law enforcement deals with can be. Only in a comedy show can one see how close it really is. Case in point.

Like the officer said on 'Live PD', "We don't catch the smart ones."

Mr. Blackmon, rocket sturgeon.



He looks pissed this didn't end the way he envisioned.

Not the brightest light on the Christmas tree.

Some people are just taking up space in this world and can't understand why others laugh at them.

What's even funnier is that he may be liable for the tax value of his stolen cocaine.

What's not funny, is that he's already back on the streets.
