Found a 2007 Mazda B3000 with 90K V6 Vulcan, extended cab, RWD
I believe its the same as a Ford Ranger.
Looks well taken care of.
Anything I should look closer at?

Yes. Not for heavy duty work, but as a "grocery-getter" that can haul an occasional bulky item, it is just fine.

I have a 2000 B4000 with 270,000 miles, still driving it daily.
Thats not to say It hasn't needed repairs. Ball Joints Water Pump Crankcase pulley sensor And now driver's side door hinge repair. Plus couple other repairs I've done.
I have gotten my money's worth from this Mazda.
Is the Mazda you are looking at have overdrive?

I have an '07 Ranger which is the same vehicle mechanically with 150K and it has been rock solid. My wife refuses to talk about selling it so be forewarned!
