Isn't this the same state that tried to put people in jail for not wearing masks just a few years ago? Heck, I wish we had a law like that here because it would have stopped work from forcing me to wear one as a condition of employment for a year .

Also, LE does have situations where a mask is critical PPE (gas masks, going into disgusting/infested/disease-ridden homes, haz-mat situations, etc). What are they supposed to do for those?

And what is the reason for this? So the bad guys can identify and threaten the lives of those who protect the rest of the population who follow, respect and abide by the laws? Idiocy at its finest.

Let us even the playing field. Make a law that makes it illegal for those protestors to wear masks as well. Arrest anyone who wears a mask. Let us try that!
