dfwglockguyBattery powered hand warmer
I’m looking for some help finding a battery powered hand warmer for waterfowl hunting. Ideally it will be waterproof and have a run time of at least 5-6 hours. I’m considering the Stealth 3.0 X Military Grade from G-Tech, but before spending $175 I thought I would reach out to the Sigforum group for suggestions. TIA

A shooting buddy bought two of these and liked them but he told me he learned a valuable lesson with this companies product - For his first hand warmers he purchased he did not buy the faster charging units. So he gave these two units to his kids because they were using them a lot. These were the less expensive units and they work fine but take 4+ hrs to charge and have the smaller lighter battery unit in them.
For his second purchase for he and his wife he bought the fast charge waterproof models and he said he LOVES this model. About $43.00 a piece.
Because of his positive experience I ordered two of the fast charge waterproof units for my wife and I as our Christmas presents to each other a couple of days ago. Have not arrived but will provide a report back when the do. Also if you decide to go this route and you buy direct from the company on line, the shipping is FREE……
Just wanted to share info from a user I know and trust…..

Many years ago I picked up a 9v off a work bench and dropped it in my pocket to use later . I didn't realize that I had a few coins in my pocket as well . After a bit I felt a stinging sensation on my leg . The battery terminals had shorted out and burned the hell out of me .
