I almost exclusively buy all my CDs used from Amazon. I needed another copy of Project 86s album Drawing Black Lines. Their best album by far and likely in my top 10 favorite full albums of all time. Mine was scratched to bits and I only had an MP3 rip so I jumped on Amazon and found a used excellent condition copy for .34 plus $2.99 shipping. Arrived yesterday and the thing is brand new. Factory seal and shrink wrap with the sticker on the outside with the highlight tracks. So if it is not new someone went to a heck of a lot of trouble. The jewel case has a small cut on the spine on the left side. Pretty sure that indicates it was some sort of promotional give away. For $3 and some change I say I lucked out. ———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. If we got each other, and that's all we have. A very good album indeed. I've lost touch with them as a band. Haven't heard any of the stuff they've put out in the past 8 years or so.

Do you have the Wheels of Steel album? "I'm yet another resource-consuming kid in an overpopulated planet raised to an alarming extent by Hollywood and Madison Avenue, poised with my cynical and alienated peers to take over the world when you're old and weak!" - Calvin, "Calvin & Hobbes"

I am not a huge Saxon fan so no but I do have Outkast's album ATLiens that has the track Wheels of Steel on it. Does that count? You may remember this with LP's too, a slot or notch cut in the corner of the jacket. The industry called these "cutouts", they were excess inventory that was pulled back and later sold off in bulk to secondary retailers. I have my own style of humor. I call it Snarkasm.
