Truck parts swapping
Will the seats from a 2005 Chevy Silverado bolt directly onto my 2000 GMC Sierra classic? Is $150 a decent price for them?

Thanks. Big Grin

Pretty sure 99-06 are the same.
I believe 07 is when they changed them to dump the integrated seatbelt.

If in good shape $150 is a good deal.

If the drive for them is not far see if they'll let go test fit them it is an easy pull.

Thank you, my friend.

As long a the truck wasn't smoked in, I'll probably see if I can get a test fit. The guy has two parts trucks and he is only a couple miles away.

Pull the passenger seat at the house to save time.
Just 4 bolts and a electrical connection if memory serves correctly.

Also be sure that the seat belts are working properly.
You could always swap yours but that can be a pain.

Ahh you said seats in your post some I assumed buckets as I have.
I was referring to buckets. So I have no clue in regard to the bench.

99-06 seats are physically the same size, however the plugs vary in years and models had issue when swapping seats in an 05 Tahoe get the plug ends from the donor truck.

I did neglect to mention that the donor is buckets and the recipient is bench.
