Woman turns traffic ticket into an arrest
I watch this video a couple of times and laughed. She is an idiot but...

She has mental issues that need to be addressed. Everyone fights mental demons and her demons have gotten the better of her. I hope she finds help and can move on.

Bet she makes unreasonable demands of her husband and coworkers too

Jesus H Christ, I'll just say this; if I was unfortunate and stupid enough to end up married to that obviously utterly insufferable shrew, and I could not figure out any other way out of that, I'm pretty sure ONE of us would eat a damn gun...

That was my first thought too!

I started reading some of that. I found this interesting:

"In these Affidavits, Plaintiff offers over 100, single-spaced pages containing averments that appear to be in support of the allegations she has made in her Complaint and arguments she makes in her Memoranda in Opposition and her Sur-Replies."

I'm not sure I could type 100 single space pages on any subject in an intelligent manner without repeating myself. The woman needs help.

I read that whole thing and remembered why I never wanted to be a lawyer. Holy crap, snooze-fest! Razz

That being said, and the thing that I keep coming back to - did this nutjob not remember (or know) that the *entire* thing was on video? That the officer (God bless him) could not have been more professional and accommodating?

If she knew the video existed, and presumably had access to it (?) could she (or husband, family member, trusted friend) not be convinced that undertaking all these efforts were a waste of time? If not, then again - more evidence that she cannot be reasoned with, is either too stupid or mentally broken to reason with, and might just be a danger to herself or others....seriously! Eek

I believe SCOTUS declined to hear the case. I don't know whether one can represent one's self before the US Supreme Court.

I can't remember which case file, but in one of them, these 100 single spaced pages were described as mostly incomprehensible.

redrum, redrum, redrum, redrum, redrum for 100 pages, most likely.

For some reason after reading this, I am picturing the woman standing in front of the Supreme Court building, arguing with herself.

I don't think she fights hers at all. I think she invites them to come in and offers them a beer.
