whattafuckinwhacko...

She should have been taken to jail, I'd agree that it's either a mental disorder she can't control and more likely an act she uses to get what she wants and usually is successful as sane people just give in and walk away.

Husband must be whipped or she can pull a golf ball through a garden hose...

The absolutely maddening thing about this deal is that she got out of her self-imposed trip to jail by acting like a two year old child.

I don’t know how police officers can stand to deal with this ridiculous shit.

Ahh, she's one of THOSE. Everyone is against me, it's my personal crusade to rail and sue those I dislike.

What does this Ragna Triplett-Fazzone do for work...she must be a fantastic co-worker; she must be in marketing or, HR, finance?

Thanks! I had to stop at 8:25 as I was having trouble making out the adult discussion over her wailing and knashing. Now I can plug an earbud in and watch the rest.

“I’m sorry Officer. I greatly appreciate your consideration in foregoing the misdemeanor Sir. I really wish I had been going slower. Is there any way at all I could get a warning this time Sir? No? Okay, thank you for your consideration and for all you do to keep us all safe. Where do I sign? Have a good day and be safe out there Sir.” That would have made for a much smoother interaction and she could have always kicked the dog (or more likely the husband from the looks of the video) when she got home.

Of course then she wouldn’t have been a YouTube phenomenon...

The husband pleading at the 9 minute mark and just past that, I'm just shaking my head.

"You want me to unarrest her? She's already arrested."

"Ummm, lotta times, what we'd do if someone was [indistinguishable over the sobbing] sometime's we'd let 'em cool out for an hour, then let 'em out to someone responsible [indistinguishable]."

Hey dude, you know she's a hysterical nutso type, howzabout let them dudes with badges do their thing instead of trying to tell them what your Three Man Rapid Response Team would do? Shit, take any time she spends in the "cool out" as a blessing, you poor soyo.

10:00: "I did it, sorry, again! A-HUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUH!"

Wow! She sounds like a banshee you’d hear going through a haunted house. What’s scarier is that she may have procreated. Roll Eyes

Wait until you ride with a screamer.

I took one to jail, about a 15 mile trip.

By the time we got into the sally port, I wanted to jab a sharp stick into my ears so I wouldn't have to listen to anymore.

If you Google her last name, she was plantif in a legal action against local police and Sherrifs stemming from her arrest at a bar. She appealed all the way to the US Supreme Court. That is likely the lost case referenced in the video. You also hear her say early on to the officer that police "ruined her life" or something to that effect.

This silly wench will always blame someone else, everything is somebody else's fault as others are out to get her. Sure she is crazy, but most times will deny it vehemently unless she can use it to manipulate someone to get her way ("I can't help it, I'm sick - yada yada yada"). She is narcissistic. She's probably highly intelligent, but an under achiever and can't hold a job. She'll be up for awhile and be the life of the party - buying lavish gifts for her family and having a gay old time. When she swings the other way she'll accuse them of conspiring against her and tell them she wish they hadn't been born.

I like to see a jackass go to jail as much as the next guy, but this woman seemed legitimately crazy to me. This didn't seem like the "sovereign citizens" who think they know their rights, etc. Just wacko.

Maybe it was just an act, as some of you have said, but even if an act, given that behavior, why would they arrest her rather than calling for a psych hold and evaluation? Or does that have to come after the initial arrest and booking?

My first thought after watching the video, was it must have been more than a two minute drive to the station.
The officer unarrested her because of the ride time.

Now reading other post here, someone noted the change after the other officer arrived.
Then the post about her lawsuits.
So it seems she may have been unarrested out of fear of having to deal with all her follow on B.S. Lawsuits. That's sad.
