I am not talking about choosing or selecting who gets in ,
I am talking about a way for America to treat felons and the likes, in a manner so there would be no way in hell that they would consider wanting to relocate here.

Think about it.

If you were a nair do well ,any where else in the world, and saw what you could get away with, here in the U.S. ?

wouldn't you be on the first plane here?

When you send out the message that "it's all good" , all over the world, can we expect anyone and everyone NOT ! to come our way ?

I can think of plenty of things, but they would never get past the SJWs and others.

I'm not sure I agree with the premise that criminals would think they can "get away with" more crime in the US than in other countries, especially those of the shit-hole/near shit-hole catetory, due to the quality of our law enforcement/investigation and general security precautions relative to said shit-holes.

Also, most criminals aren't so smart and adaptive that they can move to a foreign country where they may not speak the language well if at all, and have no connections. Starting from scratch isn't easy, especially in operation outside the law for your garden variety criminal, I would think.

Edit: I'm not saying some don't come here, and that they should be prevented whenever possible, just that most predators are probably more comfortable swimming in the waters they already know.

Recidivism is in the top 5 of Americas problems .

Its a given that we won't ever be able to control legal American citizens.

Maybe we could make another set of rules for those here illegally .
