Sittin here in Costco by Randolph AFB, an airman just walked passed me in maternity camo BDU.

Who would have thought?

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Saw plenty of it in the army in Germany in the 1990s.

I'm always curious when I hear the name of a military base I've not seen. I did a Google map - VERY INTERESTING building and road setup.

Any idea who pollinated that "airman?" Smile

BTW, Costco had Champion dual fuel 9,000 watt portable generators for $549 the other night.

I'm not really up on enlisted insignia and ranks other than Navy, but she might have been a Senior Airman or Staff Sergeant (E4 or E5).

Not for long by the look of her.
