Enforcing a PFA
Pursue.
Have seen too many "no contact" orders get ignored when the couple "makes up." Too often the couple will gang up on those intervening.

Then you have child support (snort) and custody. He'll use the visitation to harass or get back with her.

Wood chipper, fish, fast river.

“ The work of destruction is quick, easy and exhilarating; the work of creation is slow, laborious and dull.

Or, make friends with a hog farmer.

The good news is that the DA got involved and is pressing charges. I think he's going back to prison.

My sister-in-law is in a vaguely similar situation but without the courage to take the necessary actions to leave the abuser. Im fully in the camp of do whatever you can within the law.

It would be just too much for the knocked up baby momma to unplug from social media, huh.

it's pretty simple in ohio. with a court order, harasses must comply or go to jail. In domestic violence cases, the State of Ohio is the victim, so wifey cant' drop the charges in the morning, because he promised not to do it again.

Apparently. Trust me, we've been through all that. The point is though, that nether could he.

She's terrified of him, and as much of it is her own fault, no one deserves to live in fear.

No jail time for the goof. The judge did, however, expand the PFA to disallow chuckles from contacting the immediate family and if he is even suspected of contacting anyone again it's an immediate 90 day lockup.

Just remember, the baby is totally innocent and love the child from the get go.

Little children (IMO) deserved to loved and cherished and educated. Form a bond with the kid, be fun and they will love you forever.

This is a pathological maniac, that will lie to portray himself as humble revised person. The tiger never changes their stripes and your daughter would be in jeopardy one day and you won't be there.
You will live with that forever. Ditch this prick one way or another!

Recommend some security cameras around yours and the baby mommas living quarters.

It's one thing to say dirtbag came around, it's quite another to have video evidence of it, date and time stamped for the PO-lice and Judge Whopner to view.

This for sure there are an abundance of battery powered Wi-Fi cameras out there for cheap nowadays.

There is very little chance he's gone for good, even with the 90 days over his head.
