RightwireSimple trick to make the best chili you ever have made.
It seems to me that you'd grill burgers, throw an extra or two on, and make chili as well.

A bowl of chili MUST be topped with a dollop of sour cream, finely chopped onions, freshly grated quality cheddar cheese, jalapeƱos or Chiles, and a fistful of slightly crushed Fritos. Must have Fritos!
Add a fine cold adult beverage.

I disagree with your serving, since I detest any form of spoiled milk (sour cream and cheese included). I can handle the rest, although I usually eat my chili either over rice or with crushed crackers.

Don't be sorry, it's hilarious how much people get all bent out of shape on how things are supposed to be made. I love all forms of chili, bad chili is still better than many other properly made things. Beans can't go in chili, it's sacrilegious! Oh the horror!
I like with or without sour cream, Frito's, beans, corn bread, rice, egg noodles. I like pretty much every chili I try, just like my own the best. I'd post a recipe, but it's mostly to taste and general proportions.
