I want to stream music from my phone to my receiver. Looking at these devices:

Anker: https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod...A294P4X9EWVXLJ&psc=1

Logitech: https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod...=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

Harmon Kardon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod...=AKR88PAWTQVN2&psc=1

Mii: https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod...A1YX4W46FS64NK&psc=1

Also this but it's pricey - worth it? https://www.amazon.com/Audioen...words=audioengine+b1

Any first hand experience? One better than the other? None are good - just hardwire? B1 is the only way to go?

I use a cheap iPhone 30-pin adapter BT device that hijacks my bluetooth signal when I am near it. It seems that some of your items also do that. I find that the Google Chromecast Audio device works much better, as a WiFi gizmo. I just say to my phone "Play southern rock through garage speaker" and magically Lynrd Skynrd starts playing. It also works better as the Chromecast device is standalone and if I leave the garage, the music keeps playing. $35 at BBY. Integrates with the Google Home universe.

I last year I bought an Esinkin that is identical to the Logitech you listed. Seems to work OK. Last week I bought a new Yamaha receiver! Now the Esinken has been retired. You can have it, but it's not worth it to ship.

I'm using an elcheapo off ebay and it works well. I think it was between $5 and $10. Also it works as a transmitter too so you can take the audio out of a device and bluetooth it to another.

I use a Rocketfish unit. It was around $25 when I got it a couple of years ago. Just plug it into your tuner and assign it an input. You're all set. I'm sure any of the current devices will work well. No need to spend a lot.

Thanks guys - I'll study up a little more.

N - sounds like a nice system. I think we have different budgets. Smile

CNE: thanks for the offer! Yea, these devices are relatively cheap so just ordering new is fine. May try to find on CL - although these devices seem simple enough, for every device, their seems to be a fair amount of hate as well.
