prepsheriffDoes anyone have any experience using white noise generators or sound machines?
I've used the Brookstone model for the past 4 years, 12 different sound tones. I like it.

One night sitting on the bed sharpening her machete and mumbling "I'm going to get some sleep tonight" should do the trick.
I told this to my daughter and she loves it!

StorminNorminAt home I have to sleep with the air purifier on to be able to sleep as I can’t sleep in pure quiet. When I travel and am in a hotel, I use an app for my iPad called “Sleep Fan” and I really like it. It makes the sound of a fan and you can change several settings, but it at least adds “noise” so you can sleep. The app is free so she can at least try it.
