Thank you for the well wishes and good advice.

I've been off work for a few days, spent most of the time "working", but not the police type stuff, and a few beers or bourbon sprinkled in between.

I "hurt" about as much as I did last month, but it didn't stop me from chopping wood, working on a friends farm, working on the tow-boat, or getting stuff done around the house... So at least it's a gradual downhill slope, and not a cliff!

I'm all "giddy" with anticipation for the Dr's visit! Roll Eyes

Congratulations on the milestone! For some reason I thought this post was going to be about rapper 50 cent endorsing Trump.

The running is putting 3 times your weight on your joints and will require a knee or hip replacement later in life. So you need to walk or swim for exercise.

You are at the stage where you probably need digestive enzymes. Get a copy of "Enzymes Enzyme Therapy" by Dr. Cichoke.

Happy Birthday. Time sure flies right by doesn't it? I'm right there with the whole "shape" thing, so I make sure not to look to often at pictures from the past. Hope things are well Smile
