Around here, as often as possible, they require the developer to install all improvements including roads and utilities to City standards and inspect during and post construction to insure the improvements meet standard before accepting them and assuming responsibility for maintenance. | |||

Gasoline tax collected to maintain roads but in the city the potholes and general lack of repair give you the driving experience of rural Central America.
