Gavi — full name Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance — is one of those shadowy-sounding, feel-good global “public-private partnership” NGOs that always seem to involve Bill Gates, the World Health Organization, and a firehose of taxpayer money. Founded in 2000, Gavi claims to be saving the world by buying vaccines in bulk and shipping them off to poor countries — mostly for kids. It acts as a kind of middleman: donors give money (like the U.S., the U.K., and Gates), pharmaceutical companies supply vaccines, and Gavi makes sure shots get delivered — whether the locals want them or not.

Gavi claims it’s about access and equity. In reality, it’s about funneling billions through a slick international bureaucracy with zero voter oversight, ironclad PR, and very cozy ties to vaccine makers. It’s like the UN met Big Pharma in a dark Davos bathhouse. Until now, the U.S. kicked in 12% of Gavi’s total funding — billions over the years — with almost nothing to show for it in terms of transparency, safety audits, or public debate.

RFK Jr. Says Officials 'Revolutionizing The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program'

Federal officials are working on revamping the program that provides compensation for people who suffer injuries from vaccines, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on June 30.

“We just brought a guy in this week who is going to be revolutionizing the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program,” Kennedy said during an interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was established as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. That law also granted vaccine manufacturers immunity from lawsuits. Under the program, injury claims are lodged with judges, who decide whether to grant payouts after hearing from petitioners and the government.

Department of Justice attorneys, representing the Department of Health and Human Services—the department Kennedy heads—often present evidence opposing the claims.

The program has since 2006 awarded money, drawn from surcharges on vaccines to more than 13,000 people.

Claims of injury from COVID-19 vaccines are currently filed with the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, a separate program established by a 2005 law. The Department of Health solely administers that program by receiving petitions, analyzing them, and making determinations, creating what researchers said in 2022 was a potential conflict of interest.

The department has rejected claims from some people whose doctors diagnosed them with vaccine injuries, The Epoch Times reported in 2023. Just 39 COVID-19 vaccine claims have been compensated as of June 1, with all but four receiving less than $9,000.

Multiple lawmakers and lawyers have advocated moving COVID-19 vaccines to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program so that people with injuries have a better chance of receiving compensation and, if they’re paid, can receive more money.

“We’re looking at ways to enlarge that program so that COVID-vaccine-injured people can be compensated,” Kennedy told Carlson.

Kennedy also said officials are looking at methods to enlarge the statute of limitations, which is currently only three years.

“A lot of people don’t discover their injuries until after that,” he said.

“And there’s no discovery in that program, there’s no rules of evidence. The program has devolved into lawyers from the justice—you’re not suing the vaccine company, you’re petitioning my agency, and it’s represented traditionally by the Department of Justice—and the lawyers in the Department of Justice, the leaders of it were corrupt, and ... they saw their job as protecting the trust fund rather than taking care of people who made this national sacrifice. And we’re going to change all that.”

The Department of Justice did not respond to a request for comment.
Safety of mRNA

Carlson asked Kennedy later about whether he’s satisfied that messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology is safe.

“I am not satisfied,” Kennedy said. “My opinion about that is irrelevant, but we will be doing those studies, and I would say there’s a lot of skepticism in this agency about mRNA vaccines.”

Two of the three vaccines against COVID-19 utilize mRNA technology, while regulators with the Food and Drug Administration, a division of Kennedy’s department, recently approved a third for certain populations. They said the vaccine protects against COVID-19 and that recipients have a small chance of suffering side effects.

Regulators previously approved the two existing vaccines after clinical trials found they conferred shielding against COVID-19. Participants who received a vaccine were more likely to experience adverse events such as headaches.

Some additional safety issues have since been identified, including heart inflammation.

Kennedy said that safety studies “simply have not been done, but there is [sic] enough anecdotal reports of people getting profound injuries that may or may not be associated with it, and we’re going to answer those questions.”

A Department of Health and Human Services spokesperson told The Epoch Times in May that “mRNA technology remains under-tested” and has been linked to “legitimate safety concerns.”

The vaccine manufacturers have maintained that their vaccines are safe and effective.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found newborn babies who received the Hepatitis B vaccine had 1,135-percent higher autism rates than those who did not or received it later in life, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told Tucker Carlson recently. However, the CDC practiced “trickery” in its studies on autism so as not to implicate vaccines, Kennedy said.

RFK Jr., who is the current Secretary of Health and Human Services, said the CDC buried the results by manipulating the data. Kennedy has pledged to find the causes of autism, with a particular focus on the role vaccines may play in the rise in rates in the past decades.

The Hepatitis B shot is required by nearly every state in the U.S. for children to attend school, day care, or both. The CDC recommends the jab for all babies at birth, regardless of whether their mother has Hep B, which is easily diagnosable and commonly spread through sexual activity, piercings, and tattoos.

“They kept the study secret and then they manipulated it through five different iterations to try to bury the link and we know how they did it – they got rid of all the older children essentially and just had younger children who were too young to be diagnosed and they stratified that, stratified the data,” Kennedy told Carlson for an episode of the commentator’s podcast. “And they did a lot of other tricks and all of those studies were the subject of those kind of that kind of trickery.”

But now, Kennedy said, the CDC will be conducting real and honest scientific research that follows the highest standards of evidence.

“We’re going to do real science,” Kennedy said. “We’re going to make the databases public for the first time.”

He said the CDC will be compiling records from variety of sources to allow researchers to do better studies on vaccines.

“We’re going to make this data available for independent scientists so everybody can look at it,” the HHS secretary said.

Health and Human Services also said it has put out grant requests for scientists who want to study the issue further.

Kennedy reiterated that by September there will be some initial insights and further information will come within the next six months.

Department of Health & Human Services announced on X late Wednesday that Susan Monarez, the first Senate-confirmed director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is "no longer director of the CDC."

Monarez appears to have been ousted after a month on the job, which sparked the resignation of four other senior CDC officials.

According to a New York Times report, Monarez "clashed with the secretary over vaccine policy," which ultimately led to her firing.

Hours after HHS' X post, attorneys Mark Zaid and Abbe Lowell wrote on the social media platform that Monarez "has neither resigned nor received notification from the White House that she has been fired, and as a person of integrity and devoted to science, she will not resign."

The leadership crisis unfolding at the CDC coincided with the Food and Drug Administration's announcement of new limits on Covid vaccines - and just days after vaccine-pusher Bill Gates met with President Trump at the White House.

Monarez also served at the deputy director of ARPA under Bisen and oversaw a partnership with a biotech firm called Ginkgo Bioworks. This firm was underwritten by a Gates-controlled investment firm, Cascade Investment.

Confirmation of Monarez's vaccine-obsessed views came from White House spokesperson Kush Desai, who told Axios News in a statement: "As her attorney's statement makes abundantly clear, Susan Monarez is not aligned with the President's agenda of Making America Healthy Again."

Desai added: "Since Susan Monarez refused to resign despite informing HHS leadership of her intent to do so, the White House has terminated Monarez from her position with the CDC."

At least four other CDC officials resigned on Wednesday in a massive leadership shakeup at the agency: Dr. Debra Houry, the CDC's chief medical officer; Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases; Dr. Daniel Jernigan, the director of the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases; and Dr. Jennifer Layden, director of the Office of Public Health Data, Surveillance and Technology.

The big leadership shakeup at the CDC, days after Gates' visit to the White House, only suggests that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s team is cleaning house.

Following the recent deadly attack at a Catholic school and church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by a transgender gunman, Kennedy called the violence a “health crisis” and said his department is conducting the first in-depth government studies on the issue.

It's the public health approach, which ignores the individual. If the mother is infected, the baby can be infected during birth. Their immune system, apparently, won't fight the infection adequately. The shot is supposed to boost their immune system to fight it off.

Thus since some small portion of newborns are being infected at birth, the authorities push every newborn to get the shot.

One of my daughters is giving birth today to our 10th grandchild. She said they tested her several times during pregnancy for Hep and other diseases. So they know whether or not the mom is infected, and thus know whether or not to give the baby the Hep shot.

I do believe autism is caused by vaccines and I feel that will be RFK's conclusion in a few weeks. The correlation is too strong when you realize that nearly all people diagnosed with autism have also been vaccinated.

RFK'S credentials are he was deemed the most qualified man to run the CDC and I do not question Trump's judgement.
