Yes.... yes.. big brother is watching FORD is going to take over the world by knowing whether my vehicle is close to needing an oil change or if a tail light is out.

I actually find it handy and run a report about once a month to make sure I'm not missing anything.

My Subie sends a monthly report, which is pretty much worthless. I think its primary function is to try and scare me into taking it to the dealership for an over-priced visit.
