Kalvin needs to be aware of the multiple layers here. Kalvin needs legal assistance to discuss everything from prenups to irrevocable trusts and everything in between. Kalvin needs to be fully aware of both intentional and unintentional consequences of transferring assets out of his name.

Excellent point. There's a website for that but I can't recall the name. Does Kalvin realize the more times you get married, the less chance each subsequent marriage will be successful? Is Kalvin a slow learner?

If she won't sign a pre-nup, she is trying to take advantage of Kalvin. If she signs it, he should be good to go. Some people learn from their mistakes, and perhaps he will be a better husband type this time.
