I wanted a paper instruction manual for my recently acquired 2020 Rimfire instead of the QR code that came with it. The manual is available for viewing on the website, but I didn't care to print out the whole thing. I called, a nice-sounding lady answered and said they'd send me one, and a few days later I got ... the printout of the whole thing in a large envelope. But better their ink and paper than mine.
I also wanted some more magazines, so I ordered off the website, and they were shipped, maybe not Greg Cote or PSA super fast, but with adequate speed and communication maintained throughout. (These magazines are "cross-compatible", as they put it, but not direct interchange with, those of the Ruger 10/22. Ruger mags go in and function but are a little more difficult to remove from the well.)

pedropcolaOne of my Emissaries wouldn’t shoot through a mag without a malfunction. They fixed it fast.
