Given the description of the issue, just hit it harder with a mallet or sledge hammer. There really is no magic method. If truly hard hits don't do anything you can try a little heat, but its not really normally necessary or useful.

Unless someone has the ability to freeze time/threads (only a few with those superpowers here....) maybe it makes more sense to change titles with something like:

UPDATE IN 10:12p POST ON PAGE 2

or whatever.

Newsflash - the last post is a moving target, and is sometimes pages beyond what the OP is trying to point folks to.
This is not rocket surgery, this is concept of time. Roll Eyes

Hell, in this case it's not even the last post of the OP in their own thread!

So you have the nut off and are just trying to slide the bolt out of a hole that is NOT threaded.

I'm thinking sledge+punch, but a photo of the situation would help.
