I bought a used Trijicon TA-47-2 optic several years ago that was sold on the SigForum classifieds. I never owned a Trijicon before and have never looked through a new Trijicon to be able to judge the tritium brightness. I felt it might be dim so I finally got around to sending it back to Trijicon for a check-up. They contacted me after a couple weeks to advise me that the optic was still within the specs that it was built to in 2009. They said at my option I could have it re-built if I desired for about $250. Since its still in spec I decided to just have it returned to me as is. I offered to pay for the inspection or S&H but they declined my offer. There are plenty of businesses around now a days that have horrible customer service, I feel that when GOOD customer service is encountered it should be mentioned. A BIG shout out to Trijicon!

Their production must be pretty backed up. I ordered sights directly from them on June 22. I contacted them last week to see what's up since I hadn't gotten any delivery info. They checked my order and left me a message back that my sights would be shipped in another two or three weeks. I don't know if it's a labor problem or what.

I sent my scope in on 6/28. last week they sent me there analysis. I waited till 7/20 to call them and decline any work. The scoped arrived back to me today 7/22, NO CHARGE. I will defiantly put Trijicon products on my short list for future purchases.
