To me, the bias is in the headline. Using the word "motorcyclist" instead of "motorcycle thief" is deceptive.

Also saying he was fleeing police makes me think that the police were aggressively chasing him, causing him to wreck, rather than the truth that he saw the police and panicked, making himself wreck.
