Don't exactly remember what I did. I either renamed an existing Windows Pictures folder to Photographs, or created a new Photographs folder. Now I no longer want it, but when I delete it, it reappears a few hours later or the next day. I've tried all 3-4 recommended solutions I can find via google, except have not run a Process Monitor Trace to figure out if a program is recreating it, because I haven't been able to figure out the Process Monitor stuff. It's easy to ignore it, but it just bugs me. Any ideas? Thanks.

Is it an empty folder? If not, try deleting the contents first. You could also try to rename it "pictures" and move to your "this pc" folder. That should be the original origin(?) if you changed it's name from "pictures". My reasoning is that you're supposed to have a "pictures" folder and maybe windows isn't falling for it (your renaming of it). But I'm no expert. That's all I got.
