He could have caused a lot more too. If there had been 2 unlucky white dudes wandering around at the time of the hoax, it would probably have set the left into a tizzy with riots and such. I don't think any of that matters, please SF lawyers tell me I'm wrong. Our judicial system errs on the side of the defendant in all situations and would rathe see 1,000 guilty walk free before one innocent is incarcerated (rightfully so).

Even if it was dismissed with prejudice, there is an argument that double jeopardy wouldn't apply as he wasn't in jeopardy in the first place due to a fix with crooked DA. Sometimes it isn't the initial crime but the cover up that gets prosecuted. Everyone: DA, Smellet, his attorneys, the Obama fixer could get charged under conspiracy laws......but it is Illinois and the machine will take care of its own

This is important. Foxx is the result of a serious, coordinated effort to put progressives in state and municipal positions that are incredibly important but that get little attention from voters. I really don't care that he was "never going to prison" as per the state attorney's office, but the consequence of criminal conduct should be a criminal conviction. The resolution presented here is tantamount to bribery or extortion depending on how you frame it.

At this point, Trump needs to focus our collective outrage on this case. Not only because it besmirches his name, but because it does the same for every honest American citizen on both sides of the aisle that knows DAMN well that that piece of shit Smollet committed the crimes to further a false narrative. Hell, two false narratives for blacks and gays.

It is full court press time against the left. time to take off the kid gloves and get bloody. Force the Just-us department to do their job by calling them out to investigate the COLLUSION (since the left likes that word so much) to obstruct justice. Link? My understanding is that the last episodes for the year he was out, but it was unclear if he has been terminated from production.

An NAACP Image Award, a long time stink to me. How about the NAACP Substance Awards? Image is a manufactured facade and has nothing to do with reality. In that regard maybe Jussie qualifies.
