The camaraderie of this Band of Brothers is strong! I hope the child grows up to appreciate the sacrifice of her father. And I hope there will always be a father figure to help her along. The price some families have to bear humbles me.

But the eyes on that baby in the picture above is something else. Wow. It's like old eyes piercing at you.

Yes, those eyes are something else. Reminds me of my daughter's eyes. Especially when she was a baby.

The GD commies of this country should be forced to watch things like this all day every day until they get it and sit and cry like I just did. The sacrifices made by some families so that my tired old ass can live in peace, humbles me like nothing else could. Good on that Band of Brothers!

I think these men paid a great tribute to their fallen brother in arms. This picture along with the the grave side photos of the grieving families should always be in our minds on Memorial Day.
