System Preferences --> iCloud --> Sign out --> Shut down computer --> Restart --> Log in --> SysPref iCloud, sign back in. A friend told me that when something is non-responsive, you can dump it in the trash and the system will go get another one. I've done it with corrupted applications. If you to to the Go dropdown on the Finder Toolbar, and hold down the Option key, a hidden Library appears. There is a Preferences folder in this library with an iCloud document within it. The way I was learned, if you toss something like this in the Trash, empty the trash, and restart your computer, if the computer needs it, it will make or otherwise obtain another. It could be the corrupted data. On the other hand, it may have nothing to do with your situation. Remember the mantra: If the Mac ain't working, find every file, extension, preference, anything that says, "Windows", and dump it. Silverfish windows viewer is particularly troublesome to a mac. | |||
