I find it a bit difficult to believe that Kristi knew nothing about his proclivities. You aren't married to someone for years and keep something like this under wraps from your spouse. Doing things like what he is doing is an irresistible urge and those are the hardest things to hide as evidenced that he has now been outed. They didn't want a messy divorce because it would not be good for either one's career. So an amicable split, you do you and I'll do me arrangement was made. Kristi's affair with Lewandowski has been reported on for years. It was dismissed as left smear tactics but I always found it believable. Even the left don't lie all the time they are just more difficult to believe because they do it so much.

Actually keeping this from the public for this long was a good run.

There is a guy who pontificates on Substack who wrote a very thoughtful piece about the left's lack of standards. tldr version is that, for the left, everything is about power. Thus policy is not relevant nor real. It is all just posturing to increase their power and/or to damage the opposition. Thus they can be for it before they are against it. Thus they can simultaneously support the lgbtq agenda and radical Islam, etc.
