I had laid on latex and memory foam mattresses in nearby stores and liked how the latex was cooler than memory foam which is ideal for hot, humid Houston.

From there, went to one of Mattress Underground recommended companies, Arizona Premium Mattress Co, bought the latex core and then picked a Talalay latex topper for my bodyweight and sleep style (e.g. side sleeper). The cool thing about this core and topper route is that the topper can have a his and hers side to account for different body weights and sleep styles. You can both be comfortable even though you're a 200 lb side sleeper and she is a 120 lb stomach sleeper.

Listen to Todd.

Latex mattress is by far the best sleep I’ve had.

Did a lot of research and also wanted latex, in our case all organic components, so not breathing the off-gassing of synthetic materials.

Wonderful mattress, still love it a few years later.

This is something I need to get this year. My wife and I both have adjustable beds and have been looking to get another for myself.

I have the PurplePlus mattress.

I bought the first one 6 years ago. Loved it. Ex got it in the split, so I bought another one. I have not regretted it a single night.

Dumb question: are the tempurpedics offered at costco the same as offered directly by the manufacturer? They sound like they have similar features but it seems like the costco ones are layered differently than the ones offered by the OEM.

When recommending tempurpedic, is this assuming you order directly from the OEM only? Or from costco is fine too?

I just noticed there is tempurpedic and tempurpedic hybrid. Any experiences with both?

We currently have a Tempurpedic. We recently had a Purple mattress which started coming apart (the top purple layer was separating) after about 2 years and we got our money back without hassle via Mattress Firm. They have supposedly recently fixed the issue but we never had an issue with Tempurpedic in the past so we went back to them.
