I think I’ll just grab another.

Call Calphalon customer service. I have a set and the Teflon started to come off. They sent a new set to replace them.

15 years ago we bought a full set of Cusinart non-stick pans at Sams Club. They weren't cheap but they look great and still work well. If I ever needed to replace them I would buy the same set in a heartbeat.

It's all about taking care of them. They never go in the dishwasher and have never seen anything but plastic or wood.

My wife does 99% of the cooking, she has a lot of cooking gear. I wanted something for me and just bought an All Clad, non-stick, frying pan. It was $100.00 from Amazon, it's beautiful and is great to cook with. One thing I liked was that it's oven safe up to 500 degrees.

When it comes to brands I did not realize that the world of cookware was so vast and diverse. Big Grin

I like the idea of the carbon steel pans and they seem cheap enough to give a try at some point.

I've had these All-Clad for a couple of years, and use them almost every day. They've held up quite well with hand washing and are still flat and hold heat quite well. Use your 20% off coupon and the cost is truly cheap for a great product, since you already have some All-Clad.

ETA: They don't come with lids, but I use my Saladmaster 12" lid and it fits perfect, assuming you have some lids in the cupboard.

We ended up in BBB for some other stuff the GF needed and I picked these up. Compared to the worn out non-stick pans that I had, these are a lot heavier.

As you said, since I already have an All-Clad pan and my pots are all All-Clad, it was an easy decision in an OCD kind of way.

I use Calphalon, and every 3-4 years I call them and they replace my 5 pans for free. Don't know how long they can keep doing this, but I am on my 4th set, and I only paid for my first. They advertised a lifetime guarantee, and so far they are good for it. I will not be offended if they balk the next time, but I have to give them a strong thumbs up.

I also use vintage Griswold and Wagner cast iron, and new production Demeyere stainless, as well as All-Clad copper core pans. But for strictly non-stick, Calphalon has been good to me.

Good knives and pots and pans are very important tools for busy chefs. I spent almost a decade in/around commercial kitchens before moving out of that business. It is a tough business.

Thank you for the great recommendations everyone, as we need to replace some of our pots and pans!

With all of these durable, non-stick, high-temperature, low-friction coatings / finishes, I am surprised that they haven't found their way into the firearms industry somehow?!

Perhaps the converse would work as well?

It'd been cool to have a Glock 12" Tennifer skillet, or a high-capacity Sig Sauer 5 qt. Nitron saute pan!

I bought the wife a set of Calphalon to replace our old Revereware stainless for Christmas from BB&B. Not sure who loves them more since my wife avoids cleaning pots and pans that need scrubbing like the plague!
